Spring '26

Good Systems partnered with the Machine Learning Lab and Texas Robotics to host the inaugural Texas Symposium on Machine Learning, Responsible AI and Robotics in spring 2026.

Highlights included keynotes by Gregory D. Hager (Johns Hopkins University), Kilian Weinberger (Cornell University), and Alice Xiang (Sony AI); panels exploring agentic AI and the changing landscape of work and innovation at the intersection of robotics and healthcare; and research presentations from Machine Learning Lab, Good Systems, and Texas Robotics experts.

Spring '25

Highlights of the 2025 symposium included opening and closing keynotes by Dr. Robin Mansell (London School of Economics and Political Science) and Dr. Sanmay Das (Virginia Tech); a featured panel on AI, autonomous vehicles, and energy; a poster session and networking reception; and research presentations and demos from Good Systems experts.

Highlights of the 2024 symposium included opening and closing keynotes by Dr. Kristian Hammond (Northwestern University) and Dr. Helen Nissenbaum (Cornell Tech), a featured panel on how generative AI is transforming the future of work, and research presentations and demos from Good Systems experts.

Highlights of this year’s program include a keynote conversation with roboticist Chad Jenkins, a panel of experts working across the globe to fuel collaborations in Ethical AI, and roundtables exploring the latest insights from Good Systems researchers and their partners.
