This session focuses on the after effects of flooding on South Texas and Northeastern Mexico. Scientists Patricia Feria and Katherine Brown, both invasive species and vector borne disease specialists, will discuss how local inhabitants can mitigate against the hazards of diseases and other potential calamities that grow from natural disasters.
