Parking Procedures:
We have parking validation available for off-campus guests. You may park at the SpeedWay Garage or the 27th Street Garage.
Please pull a ticket when you arrive at the garage. At event check-in, you can obtain a validation to scan at the garage as you leave. There are two separate validations for the days, so request Day 1 and Day 2 validation if needed.

Event Arrival:
The event will begin on November 3rd, at 8:30am. Please proceed to the second floor of the William C. Powers Student Activity Center for check in and breakfast. Lunch and dinner will be served throughout the day.
Day 2 will begin November 4th. If you are a representative of a company who is an official sponsor of Texas Robotics, you are invited to attend a private breakfast in the Gates Dell Complex on the sixth floor (6.302).
If you are not an official sponsor of Texas Robotics, you should arrive at 9:30am for the start of presentations. No breakfast will be served, but lunch and afternoon snacks will be provided.
The event will change location through the day, so if you plan on arriving late, be sure to consult the schedule at https://robotics.utexas.edu/events.
Poster Presentations:
Day 1 will include poster presentations and networking sessions with Texas Robotics Graduate students, beginning at 3:20pm in the AHG Courtyard. There will also be a robotics demo held. If you are a graduate student interested in presenting, please contact jaci.finch@austin.utexas.edu

Day 2 will include robotics demonstrations in the labs of AHG. These presentations will feature the following:
